We undertake ‘Category A’ fit outs, which incorporates raised floors, suspended ceilings, basic mechanical and electrical installations through to ‘Category B’ fit-outs which entails branding, partitions, creating various work areas and generally making the office ready for occupation. We also have flexible procurement routes to align with the project aims: turnkey design and build, detail and build, contracting etc.
